Factory Reset and Account Changes
To disconnect your Albi from your account, open dispenser settings in the App and select Factory Data Reset. This process will unlink your Albi from your account. To use Albi again, simply repeat the pairing process through the app to reconnect the device.
The same procedure applies when transferring your Albi to a different account. First, disconnect Albi following the steps above, then switch accounts in the app and complete the new pairing process to link the device to the new account.
