Bag not recognizedUse your phone, if equipped with NFC, to verify that the tag is working correctly. Try using a different Smart Bag.
Temperature not detectedCheck for condensation in the internal compartment and if present, dry it using a dry cloth.
Cooling errorVerify the correct positioning of the Smart Bag.
Serving errorVerify the correct positioning of the Smart Bag. Check for the presence of the gasket between the Smart Bag flange and the device.
Display won't turn onVerify that Albi is connected to power or that the battery is charged. Try performing a restart or reset.
Not connecting to appMake sure your modem has internet access. Try performing a restart or reset.
