Bag not recognized | Use your phone, if equipped with NFC, to verify that the tag is working correctly. Try using a different Smart Bag. |
Temperature not detected | Check for condensation in the internal compartment and if present, dry it using a dry cloth. |
Cooling error | Verify the correct positioning of the Smart Bag. |
Serving error | Verify the correct positioning of the Smart Bag. Check for the presence of the gasket between the Smart Bag flange and the device. |
Display won't turn on | Verify that Albi is connected to power or that the battery is charged. Try performing a restart or reset. |
Not connecting to app | Make sure your modem has internet access. Try performing a restart or reset. |
