Need to relocate your chassis to a different room or location? Follow these steps based on your account type.

For Consumer Accounts

Change Room:

1. Go to Your Profile
2. Select "Rooms and Chassis"
3. Select target chassis
4. Navigate to "Chassis Info" tab
5. Select new room
6. Confirm to save

For Business Accounts

Change Room:

• Follow same steps as Consumer Account

Change Location:

1. Go to Your Profile
2. Open "Rooms and Chassis"
3. Select target chassis
4. Disconnect all Albi Pro devices
5. Perform factory reset on all connected dispensers
6. Re-pair devices:
   • Go to Explore
   • Select correct location filter
   • Complete pairing process for each device

Note: Changing location requires factory reset and re-pairing of all connected devices.
