Pour a glass

Before starting, ensure Albi is powered on, properly placed on the charging base, and clean inside.

Inserting Your Smart Wine Bag
Select your wine and insert the Smart Wine Bag into Albi. If using a custom bag with your preferred wine, please refer to the specific instructions for proper use.
Once inserted, Albi will automatically recognize the wine, display its details on screen, and begin adjusting to the ideal temperature to enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
You can monitor the remaining time to reach optimal temperature directly from the app or dispenser display. However, you're welcome to serve a glass immediately without waiting.
If Albi shows generic wine, please consult the dedicated section in the app for further guidance.

Dispensing Wine from Albi:
  • Press the left button for a full glass (120 ml)
  • Press the right button for a tasting portion (60 ml)
To stop dispensing at any time, simply press any button.

Dispensing Wine via App:
Open the dispenser page in the App, select Pour and choose your desired amount (glass or tasting portion). You can stop dispensing at any time by pressing Cancel.

⚠️ Important: Even if you stop dispensing early, the initially selected amount (glass or tasting portion) will be recorded as consumed, regardless of the actual amount poured.
