Perfect Temperature
Thanks to NFC Reader technology, Albi automatically reads the Smart Wine Bag's tag data and initiates wine temperature control, bringing it to its ideal serving temperature.
The temperature control system can cool down to 4°C (39°F) or warm up to 25°C (77°F), ensuring perfect tasting conditions for every wine, at any moment.

Adjusting Temperature
To modify the serving temperature, open the Albicchiere app to the dispenser page and scroll to set your preferred temperature.
Your temperature setting will be saved in the Smart Wine Bag, so you won't need to adjust it again until the wine is finished.
Keep in mind that cooling time depends on the Smart Wine Bag's initial conditions. Check the comparative chart to see how our dispenser cools faster than a regular refrigerator.

⚠️ Note: Precise temperature control is essential for enhancing wine's organoleptic characteristics. The system is designed to maintain your selected temperature constant throughout the preservation period.
