Want to move your dispenser to a different room? Here's how to update your dispenser's position correctly based on your account type.

Update Room Position

1. Go to the device settings page
2. Select the pencil (edit) icon
3. Click on "Room"
4. Select the new room from the dropdown menu
5. Save your changes

For Business Accounts

• You can only move dispensers between rooms within the same location
• To move to a room in a different location:
  1. Perform factory data reset
  2. Re-pair dispenser in new location
  3. Select desired room during setup

Note: Room changes within the same location are immediate, while moving to a different location requires a complete reset and re-pairing process.
