When your dispenser doesn't have a smart wine bag installed, here's what you'll see and what to do next.

Identifying Empty Status

1. Check Explore section
2. Look for card showing "No Wine Inserted"

Adding Wine

1. Insert a smart wine bag into dispenser
2. Wait for recognition
3. Verify success: wine label will appear on card in Explore

Note: Once a smart wine bag is properly installed, the empty card will be replaced with the wine's label and information.
